Working with women is also particularly close to Lea Illing's heart: She wants to help them overcome any shyness they may have about strength training and gyms. She understands the specific needs and challenges of women in the fitness world and is committed to helping them achieve greater self-confidence and well-being.
When she is not in the gym, Lea Illing enjoys her free time walking, painting, photography and reading. Exercise in any form also gives her pleasure and inspires her in her professional life.
